Three S Consulting, Inc. is pleased to offer R&D, engineering, technology and program management services to Department of Navy customers. We are a management consulting firm providing full range of management, organizational and business improvement professional services that improve mission performance while reducing cost, to both commercial and Government agency customers. Our firm is a SBA certified small disadvantaged business.

- R&D and Engineering Services such as “should cost” modeling, design optimization, portfolio management (3.2)
- Modeling, Simulation and Analysis Support (3.3)
- Measurement Facilities, Range and Instrumentation Support (3.15)
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management including modeling, pull based distribution, cycle time reduction, to improve efficiency (3.16, 3.17)
- Program and Project Management Support (3.20)
